These days, many schools in Australia and the U.K. banned the use of red ink as some claim that RED can harm young learners' psychologically. Also, it demotivates students and brings fear and pressure, which I totally agreed! In fact, I’ve been using colors like green and purple since 1998! Green, pink and purple are just as effective…but 10 times less threatening! My old students always tell me how much they miss my GREEN PEN! Hmmmm...good or bad???
