This very well-established and big building management company should simply write "Please put all rubbish in the bin / rubbish bin.". If they REALLY want to do a word-by-word translation, here's MY model : "Please do not throw any cigarette butts and rubbish anywhere. Thank you for your co-operation or you would be scolded right in your face!". For your information, this notice was posted in the lift lobby of a commercial building in downtown Macau.
